「ベストとワーストの案を考え、ベストの案を捨て、ワーストの案を実現可能な案に落とし込む」という発想法は初めて知りました。これは面白い方法です。経験談ですが、ベストな案を考えようしても、なかなか思いつきません。一方、ワーストな案なら比較的楽に思いつけます。メチャクチャな案でもいいのだから。
